Every day before daybreak, our bakers prepare our buttery dough for the oven. There’s no shortcut, no easy way to get great croissants. See those thin layers in our dough? That’s cold 100% French butter — rolled thin and layered over and over between sheets of equally thin dough made from 100% French flour — laminated dough that will be lovingly crafted, cut and hand rolled ready for the oven.
Baking fresh croissants every 2 hours
Right before our doors open, our croissants are baked in small batches every two hours until perfectly golden. Time and hard work is how our bakers make sure your croissants are perfect. Never frozen, always fresh, you’re getting the best croissant possible. Prepared by careful and expert hands and painted with egg wash for that gorgeous glossy finish after baking.
