10 years, a million memories
Our mission has always been to be more than just a bakery; we’re dedicated to celebrating the neighbourhoods around us and watching our communities grow.
Baking memories every day since 2012
In 10 years we’ve seen babies grow into croissant-loving kids. We’ve seen teenagers leave home but still come back for more kouign amanns. We’ve had the privilege of witnessing your moments and experiencing all that makes life special. You’ve shown us the value of community, of belonging, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.












It all started in historic Tiong Bahru
Our first store launched in Eng Hoon Street, Tiong Bahru helmed by celebrity French baker and pastry chef Gontran Cherrier, showcasing artisanal pastries and bread creations. Backed by a passionate and dedicated team of local bakers and cafe staff, Tiong Bahru Bakery soon became Singapore’s home of the handmade croissant and one of the city’s most popular cafe destinations. So much so that we had to spread the love to every local neighbourhood, with new cafe outlets popping up every year.


















Creating TBB memories
Behind the scenes of the Tiong Bahru Bakery brand are a dedicated team of creative professionals. From our bakers and chefs that test and refine new recipes, to our design and marketing team that produce our TBB merchandise, cafe interiors and customer experiences. Our brand collaborations and pop-ups with Tiffany & Co., Superga and Singapore Airlines have been the talk of the town. And of course, the many customers who have supported us along the way, a decade of baking memories with you has been a tasty and inspiring journey – we owe you all a big thank you.
