Brioche Loaves

Storage Guide: Store in chiller, consume within 3 days

Reheating: Reheat loaf in 150°C oven for 5 minutes

Best Before: 1 day at room temperature, 3 days in chiller

Small Brioche Buns

Storage Guide: Store in chiller, consume within 3 days

Reheating: Reheat the bun in 160°C oven for 3 minutes

Best Before: 1 day at room temperature, 3 days in chiller

Savoury Buns, Sandwiches & Savoury Croissants

Please consume within 2 hours of purchase.

Beef Pie; Chicken Pie

Storage Guide: Store in chiller, consume within 2 days

Reheating: Reheat pie in 180°C oven for 3 minutes

Best Before: Up to 2 days in chiller

Viennoiseries

Storage Guide: Wrap tightly and store in airtight bag

Reheating: Reheat viennoiseries in 160°C oven for 2-3 minutes or 5-8 minutes if it's from the fridge

Best Before: Up to 1 day at room temperature, 3 days in chiller and 1 month in a freezer

Nut Butter Croissant

Storage Guide: Store pastry in the chiller

Best Before: Please consume within the day of purchase

Sourdough Loaf & Baguette

Storage Guide:
At room temperature: Wrap the bread tightly and place it in a bag with the cut side facing down.

For freezer storage: Wrap the bread securely in cling film and place it in a ziplock freezer bag.

For sliced bread: Wrap each slice individually in cling film.

May be stored in chiller for up to 3 days only.

Reheating:
Room temperature loaf: Preheat oven to 180°C and warm the loaf for 5–8 minutes.

Frozen loaf: Defrost at room temperature for 2–3 hours, then reheat in a 180°C oven for 10–15 minutes.

Cooling: Allow the loaf to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Alternative method: Reheat in a 200°C oven for 10 minutes, then let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Best Before:
Sourdough: Up to 3 days at room temperature and 2 months in freezer.

Baguette: Up to 1 day at room temperature and 1 month in freezer.

Apple Crumble

Storage Guide: Store in chiller, consume within 3 days.

Reheating: Reheat in 160°C oven for 3 minutes. Allow to rest for 10 minutes at room temperature.
