Born in Tiong Bahru. Baked into the city. Loved beyond it.

We first opened our doors in 2012 at 56 Eng Hoon Street, in a neighbourhood that felt like home the moment we arrived. Tiong Bahru Bakery began with a single store and a belief that good taste starts at street level.

We set out to make simple things exceptionally well, but also to be part of something bigger: the everyday rituals that bring people together. Morning croissants, midday pick-me-ups and slow weekends with something flaky in hand.

We’ve grown, one laminated layer at a time, into a family of stores across Singapore. But some things haven’t changed: our obsession with craft, our love of culture, and our commitment to excellent bakes, great coffee, and good company.

Today, Tiong Bahru Bakery is a neighbourhood bakery with a citywide rhythm - with spaces shaped by the places they’re in, and bakes shaped by the people we serve.

Croissant in hand. Community at heart.
