Viennoiseries

Storage Guide:
• Best enjoyed fresh or within the same day.
• If not consumed immediately, store in an airtight container at room temperature.
• Can be refrigerated and consume within 1 day.

Reheating:
• Oven (recommended): 160–170°C for 3 to 5 minutes.
• Air fryer: 150–160°C for 3 to 4 minutes.
• Microwave: 20 to 30 seconds on low to medium power (may soften pastry).

Additional Note:
• For best results, use the oven or air fryer.
• Avoid overheating to prevent burning or drying out, especially for filled viennoiseries (e.g. almond croissants)

Sandwiches

Storage Guide:
• Best enjoyed fresh.
• If not consumed immediately, store in an airtight container at room temperature.
• Can be refrigerated and consume within 1 day.

Reheating:
• Oven (recommended): 170–180°C for 3 to 5 minutes.
• Air fryer: 160°C for 3 to 4 minutes.
• Microwave: 30 to 45 seconds on medium power (may soften the bread/pastry).

Additional Note:
• For best results, use the oven or air fryer.
• Avoid overheating to prevent the bread or croissant from drying out.

Pies

Storage Guide:
• Best enjoyed fresh.
• If not consumed immediately, store in an airtight container at room temperature.
• Can be refrigerated and consume within 1 day.

Reheating:
• Oven (recommended): 160–170°C for 3 to 5 minutes.
• Air fryer: 150–160°C for 3 to 4 minutes.
• Microwave: 20 to 30 seconds on low to medium power (may soften the crust).

• Avoid overheating to prevent the filling from drying out or becoming too hot, softening the crust.

Apple Crumble

Storage Guide:
• Best enjoyed fresh.
• If not consumed immediately, store in an airtight container at room temperature.
• Can be refrigerated and consume within 1 day.

Reheating:
• Oven (recommended): 170–180°C for 8 to 10 minutes.
• Air Fryer: 160°C for 5 to 7 minutes.
• Microwave: 45 to 60 seconds on medium power (may soften crumble topping).

Additional Note:
• For best results, use the oven or air fryer.
• Cover loosely with foil if the top browns too quickly.

Sourdough Loaf & Baguette

Storage Guide:
• Best enjoyed fresh.
• Room temperature: Wrap the bread tightly in the bag with the cut side facing down.
• Freezer storage: Wrap the bread tightly in cling film and place it in a ziplock freezer bag.
• Do not refrigerate as it accelerates staling.

Reheating:
• Lightly mist with water before reheating for a crisper crust.

Oven (recommended):
• From room temperature: 180°C for 5 to 8 minutes.
• From frozen: Defrost at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours, then reheat at 180°C for 10 to 15 minutes.

Air fryer:
• From room temperature: 160°C for 3 to 5 minutes.
• From frozen: Defrost first, then reheat at 160°C for 6 to 8 minutes.

Microwave:
• 20 to 30 seconds on medium power (may soften the crust).

Additional Note:
• Sourdough: Up to 3 days at room temperature, or up to 2 months in the freezer.
• Baguette: Up to 1 day at room temperature, or up to 1 month in the freezer.
