Members unlock exclusive vouchers, discounts and gifts when they sign-up via the TBB mobile app. The program is not your typical points-based program – it is based on your spend and how often you visit us.

Immediate pick-up orders will be prepared and ready for pick-up with the specified pick-up window, typically within 15-mins from the time the order was placed. During peak hours, do allow a little extra time for preparation.

Yes, you can schedule your order for same-day pick-up at any time within the outlet’s operating hours. Last orders to be placed 30-mins before the outlet close time. Orders outside of operating hours won’t be accepted.

Unfortunately, no changes or cancellations can be made once an order is placed.

Orders are automatically marked as completed after 30 minutes, but your order will still be waiting for you at the outlet.
